Although, the source of our merch varies (i.e. official sites, suppliers, yangdo/bunjang, etc.).✦ Prices posted in the shop are ALWAYS all in (item price + international shipping + miscellaneous fees).✦ Local shipping fee and packaging fees are paid once your order is onhand and is about to be shipped. ۵ We are not liable if the seller/s ends up being a scammer and refunds will not be provided. We will, however, do our best to secure proofs from KR/JP sellers
۵ Any balances should still be paid despite the unfortunate scam.

✬ PAYMENT, LATE FEES, AND CANCELLATION ✬

۵ Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders
۵ You may find someone to take your slot and pay for your item, or you may pay for the cancellation fee which is 30% of your total order amount.
۵ If you have a pasalo, kindly inform us immediately so we can update the masterlist.✦ PAYMENTS
۵ Always check your email for the order confirmation (OC) which contains the 'Order ID' and 'Amount Due' before paying to our accounts.
۵ Our payment details are available in the masterlist and the order confirmation email.
۵ Pay only through the mode of payments provided by K-Stop Shopp. This is to easily track and confirm payments through UnionBank, GCash, or BUX.
۵ Buyer must pay on or before the specified deadline of payment.
۵ All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the item is out of stock, or there was an issue with the parcel involving our shop.✦ PAYMENT SCHEME (For Pre-Orders (PO) and Group Orders (GO))
۵ 30% down payment (DP) within 5 days upon receiving the OC.

۵ Should you fail to meet the deadline, a late fee of ₱50 per day will be incurred until the balance is settled.
۵ There is a 14-day grace period per deadline for you to pay your balance + late fee.
۵ Any buyer who fails to pay within the grace period will be posted as a bogus buyer and will be blacklisted from our shop.✦ PROOF OF PAYMENT
۵ Always submit your proof of payment through the payment form.

✬ ETA, SHIPPING FEE AND PACKAGING FEE ✬
✦ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)۵ ETA of boxes is 3-4 weeks after the loading date, unless stated as Fast ETA.
۵ Please note this does not include the time that the box is being filled up.
۵ ETAs are stated in the tweets and in the masterlist. Unexpected delays (e.g. customs, holidays, typhoons, etc.) may happen so please manage your expectations.✦ SHIPPING۵ NO RUSH SHIPPING!
۵ Our official shipping schedule is Saturdays and Sundays.
۵ Order of shipping is based on the submission of shipping form.
۵ We have three standards mode of delivery: J&T, SCO, and SDD. However, you can request a courier of your choice.
۵ Priority is given to same-day deliveries (SCO)
۵ For PO, GO, MC, YD, and PAS, we will pack and sort the items within 1-2- weeks after arriving in our PH Address. Sorting time may depend on the quantity of orders, so we highly ask for your patience.
۵ Tracking numbers will be updated in the masterlist once available.
۵ If you have multiple orders, let us know if you want to consolidate your items.
۵ We will send you photos to show all your items, and will inform you if there are any damages before shipping.
۵The buyer has until Friday before the ship out to inform the shop whether their order is complete or not.✦ SHIPPING AND PACKAGING FEE
۵ Once items are on hand, the buyer can answer the shipping form and pay for the shipping and packaging fees.
۵ SHIPPING FEE
- Shipping rates may vary depending on the size or weight of the total order and location of the buyer.
- Additional shipping fee may be asked if the total size or weight of the items is more than the estimated amount.
۵ PACKAGING FEE
- Buyer should pay for the standard packaging according to their items.
۵ Additional packaging to secure your items through shipment is always optional.
✬ RETURN/REFUND AND LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS ✬
✦NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE POLICY۵ No refunds unless the items are out of stock or not secured successfully.
۵ In the case that the shop is at fault, an unedited unboxing video is required if filing a claim for the condition of items once it has arrived to you.
۵ Upload your unboxing video in a Google Drive and send the link of the video to the shop.
۵ Claims without an unedited unboxing video shall be considered void.✦ LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS۵ The shop should NOT BE HELD LIABLE for the delays, loss, or damages caused by the couriers - both local and international.
۵ Rest assured that we will pack your orders safely on our end.
۵ We also do not offer refunds for lost/damaged parcels.
